Recovery opportunities are consistently recognized, thoroughly investigated and vigorously pursued on behalf of our clients. Identification of all joint-tortfeasors is completed and they are placed on notice of our intent for recovery/contribution or our right of subrogation. Once all damages are known and documented, we respectfully but aggressively pursue all monies owed our client. Relevant evidence is obtained and protected to avoid a claim of spoliation. Salvage is protected in a cost-effective manner and disposed of promptly and in compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Integrated Disability Management

Matrix Absence Management and Matrix Risk Management Solutions offer a fully integrated product, incorporating workers’ compensation with all disability and leave programs, including FMLA (State and Federal), Leave of Absence services, employer specific leave policies, disability (STD, LTD, self-funded or insured), ADA Advantage, and California Voluntary Disability.
