Troubleshooting eReports

If you need assistance regarding these issues, Contact your Account Manager -

  • Cannot see a specific policy/plan or policy period
  • Need to request eReports access
  • Have questions regarding data received
  • Receive a message that says " You do not have access to eReports"

If you are able to get into eClaims but have problems connecting to eReports view the guide-

If you receive the following message; “No Data Found”

  • Re-run report; make sure you use a valid policy/plan and period that falls within the policy/plan period.
